Thank you again for joining Queen City Chorale for our 2024-2025 season. We accomplished so much and it's all because of YOU--sharing your talents with us as a member of this ensemble. Whether you joined us for one project or three projects this year, we want to say thank you.

One of THE best ways to show your love is by giving us your feedback! We'll be collecting responses from this form and going over them at our final QCC Advisory Board meeting to find opportunities for improvement next season!

Note: If you are a new member of QCC this season, or if you’re a member of the QCCAB, there are sections toward the bottom of our feedback form that have specific questions for you.
